Back in XX/XX/year>, Aqua finance purchased my vehicle loan from XXXX XXXX bank, they advised that once the take over process happens that a new account number would be assigned for me to make payments to, they created a new account number but advised me to continue to pay under the old XXXX XXXX account number since there system doesnt seem to recognize the new account number for payments. Upon looking at my credit report now there appears to be two loans out for the same account, both under aqua finance and one showing my old account number and one showing my new. We contacted them immediately and were advised they are working on the issue, its been XXXX months and repeated contact to their company and we keep getting the same run around, that they are working on it. I filed a fraud dispute with experian but after they investigate they only update the new balances showing our payments but do nothing else
