My loan officer changed my loan several times. He upped the amount each time to more money for my to get stating that it would help me in the long run and we could refinance later in about 2 years which would be 2026. He also made me believe that I could never get out of debt paying just the minimum payments. It is a very long story too long to type. I was supposed to get back {$47000.00} in cash in the beginning. A few papers later and than a few more and after his fees the company that he choose fees, a bunch of made up things after he made me pay off more stuff it was only for {$17000.00}. He promised me more money would come from the back end it never did. The mortgage company told me that they rarely switch accounts to other companies when i received loan leading me to think that I would stay with Movement .The earlier part of this year they tried to sell my loan to some odd crazy company and I made a huge complaint to the company they did not switch me now it has happened again. This is discrimination and fraud on many levels. Now they are trying to get rid of me and fast it looks like. Why is it that my name continues to get chosen out of all the millions of customers. I wish my case and documents to be looked at by a professional. I know that I have been wronged and fraudulent activities have been in play. An officer from Movement called me and told me he would definitely look into the matter of course he NEVER called back. He waited patiently until the loan was transferred and til this day has never called back. Now I have been blocked and can not reach Movement Mortgage. It continues to send me through the prompts. This is not fair to me on so many levels and I have been wronged. They state that they can not find anything and immediately transferred me to XXXX. Its disrespectful.. I will also be reporting to other Bureaus.
