DEPT OF ED DEPT OF ED I am filing this complaint regarding an inaccurate item on my credit report that continues to negatively impact my credit. Despite my efforts to resolve this directly with the reporting agency, it remains unresolved. I request immediate investigation and removal of this item, as it is incorrect and does not reflect my true credit history. I want to be ensured that they have done a thorough reinvestigation and my report has the maximum accuracy. Furthermore please certify the purposes for why my credit report was pulled by Dept Of Education. Also this account keeps negatively affecting my credit report I would like to know the method of verification, the date you sent it to the furnisher and please provide me the information of who was spoken to when you were investigating. I would like for this to be done in a timely manner if not I will take a private right of action and I will be seek compensation for the damages and hardships created by your company
