I am submitting this formal follow-up complaint to reiterate that I am a victim of identity theft. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) Section 605B, I previously submitted an identity theft report along with supporting documentation to dispute and request the removal of fraudulent accounts from my credit file. As outlined in FCRA 605B ( a ), credit reporting agencies are legally required to block and remove any information that the consumer identifies as resulting from identity theft within four ( 4 ) business days of receiving proper documentation. I have already completed the necessary steps, including filing an identity theft report through the Federal Trade Commission ( FTC ) at www.ftc.gov, and I have included all relevant documentation again with this complaint.Below is a list of accounts that do not belong to me or were opened without my authorization. These items are erroneous and continue to appear on my credit report despite my previous request for removal.
