I am requesting the immediate removal of fraudulent accounts and unauthorized inquiries that are still being reported on my credit file despite my previous disputes and submission of identity theft documentation. These items are : XXXX. XXXX Account Number : XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX Account Number : XXXX These are fraudulent accounts and inquiries I did not authorize, open, or approve. I have already submitted : Government-issued ID Social Security card Proof of address FTC Identity Theft Report Under federal law, the credit bureaus and furnishers are required to : Block identity theftrelated data within 4 business days under 15 U.S.C. 1681c2 Remove inquiries that were not authorized under 15 U.S.C. 1681b ( c ) Reinvestigate and delete unverifiable or fraudulent data under FCRA 1681i ( a ) At this point, failure to act is a willful violation of federal law and may be viewed as aiding aggravated identity theft under 18 U.S.C. 1028A. I am demanding the following resolution : Permanent deletion of the two fraudulent accounts and all related inquiries A corrected and updated credit report Written confirmation of the actions taken If this is not resolved immediately, I will escalate this to : CFPB FTC State Attorneys General Legal action under FCRA 616 for statutory and actual damages This is not a new request. This is a final demand to fix an issue that should have already been resolved.
