I want to file a complaint against NelNet. There has been similar problems arising with credit reports and scores being affected. Theyve dumped a lot of people including myself off to other organizations. I am now with XXXX. For months I could not access my account to pay loans off and was unable to fix. When I was finally able to get access I was hit with inappropriate amounts of fees for missed payments. A payment was made for XX/XX/XXXX for {$330.00} ( normal chosen monthly payment ). About that time was when access could not be made until XX/XX/XXXX when I finally made another payment. After it was said I owed {$1600.00} in late fees and my credit score dropped over 200 points. Ive never missed a payment on anything else in my life and I had a great credit score. This really affects my life in the upcoming months when applying for houses and possibly needing a vehicle in the near future.
