After checking my credit report I noticed a Credit Card was opened fraudulently in my name on XX/XX/XXXX and charged a total of {$5000.00} without my consent or knowledge at all. This has ruined my credit and I keep receiving calls saying I owe money that I have no clue of who opened it or what it is. The company listed under XXXX with the Account Number being : XXXX. I have filed a report with the FTC regarding this identity theft issue and need this deleted from all 3 of the credit bureaus XXXX XXXX and XXXX IMMEDIATELY!
