On XX/XX/XXXX my motorcycle loan with Navy Federal was paid in full and closed out on XX/XX/XXXX. I received a derogatory mark on my Credit profile stating that Navy Federal has reported a delinquency I have not had any Late payments I then reached out to Navy Federal spoken to several supervisors at they all gave me three different answers which none helped or resolve the issue nor was informative. Each representative seem confused on how my account reached that status being that I have not one late payment They each suggested for me to take up at the Credit barrels and they will find the inaccuracy and remove it iv checked all my barrels reports and none show any delinquencies on the payments. upon trying to rectify the situation. I called XXXX XXXX and was met with nothing but rude, disrespectful and belittling supervisors. When all I was attempting to do is get a understanding on what happened to my account a supervisor by the name of XXXX XXXX I spoke to on XX/XX/XXXX She was very disrespectful rude. None informative speaking over me twisting my words around treating me as if I was annoying her, and she told me that this conversation is not productive. Im requesting for that call to be pulled and reviewed due to the lack of professionalism and poor conduct that was conducted on that call. She withheld information that I had rights to know she would not look into my account. She was 100 % not helpful. being that XX/XX/XXXX was a Sunday I had to wait until XX/XX/XXXX, which is a Monday to contact collections yet again I was met with a rude and disrespectful supervisor very arrogant not informative. Im requesting that call to be pulled and reviewed in an apology on the companies behalf for this experience this whole ride with Navy Federal has not been the best experience. I join Navy Federal within intentions of having a secure credit card turned into a non-secure credit card Navy Federal never graduated it with no explanation I had spoke to a loan specialist in XXXX in regards of getting a vehicle. He gave me false information and led to a hard inquiry on my account now for the grand finale I make consecutive payments and then pay off my motorcycle loan instead of rolling out the red carpets. Im getting sand kicked in my eyes looking forward to be hearing from someone soon in regards of this matter
