I am filing this complaint because [ Equifax/Experian/TransUnion ] is inaccurately reporting a dismissed bankruptcy on my credit file and has failed to correct it despite multiple disputes. Despite this dismissal, the bankruptcy is still being reported in a way that suggests it is active or valid. I have disputed this item multiple times and provided the court dismissal order. However, [ Equifax/Experian/TransUnion ] continued to verify the item without providing the method of verification, violating FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 7 ).
