I am submitting this formal complaint against LexisNexis for continuing to report inaccurate and unverified information related to an XXXX personal loan account. Account number XXXX I have previously disputed this information with LexisNexis and requested supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of the data, including : The original signed application or loan agreement Full payment history Chain of assignment or servicing records Legal authorization to furnish this data under the FCRA LexisNexis has failed to provide any documentation from Upgrade or validate the accuracy of this account. Despite this, the account remains on file and is negatively impacting my consumer data profile.
