On XX/XX/year> I received a response to a complaint from XXXX XXXX XXXX stating they SOLD both of my debts with them, but they were not going to delete the debt and were still going to be reporting it on my credit report. This is a violation of the Fair Credit Act and the FTC because it would be trying to collect on the debt twice. I have attached supporting documents with the response, and with my credit report showing that they sold both debts a personal loan and a credit card debt.
