Consumer Narrative
There are violations of consumer rights and federal laws that have occurred in relation to my credit report maintained by you all three credit agencies TransUnion, Equifax and Experian. I sent you FTC identity Theft reports because you TransUnion, Equifax and Experian knowingly committed Aggravated Identity Theft. You replied saying each creditor replied back to you saying THEY DECLINED to remove the accounts and said that they were accurate from the claim that you TransUnion and Equifax and Experian sent to them. So specifically, the inclusion of the following accounts and inquiries on my credit report is in violation of the law, and I demand their immediate removal. Account Name : XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX {$9100.00} XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX {$300.00} XXXX. XXXX reporting late payment Inquiry : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXXXXXX XXXX According to 18 USC 1028a, it is unlawful for anyone to knowingly transfer, possess, or use another person 's means of identification without lawful authority or permission. As a result, any reporting of these accounts without proper authorization is deemed as aggravated identity theft. I have not provided written or verbal permission for these accounts to be included in my credit report, and therefore their presenc is in violation of federal law. Furthermore, 15 USC 1681a ( 2 ) B stipulates that the term " consumer report '' does not include any authorization or approval of a specific extension of credit directly or indirectly by the issuer of a credit card or similar device. It is evident that the inclusion of these accounts and inquiries on my credit report does not fall within the scope of authorized extensions of credit. Hence, they should be removed accordingly. I demand that you promptly do what is right and equitable to me as a consumer as the law says and take appropriate action to remove the aforementioned accounts and inquiries from my credit report. Additionally, please provide written confirmation of their removal and an updated copy of my credit report reflecting these changes. Failure to comply with this request may result in legal action to protect my rights as a consumer. I look forward to a swift resolution.
