In XXXX of this year, at my request Capital Management Service sent me a bill for {$310.00}. I called them because I had noticed my credit score was doing down, and they told me it was a debt from XXXX XXXX. I explained that in XX/XX/year> I had a balance of {$26.00} which I paid in full over the phone after I called to have a late charge removed, they gave a final balance to bring the account to XXXX, and I never used the card again. I called to request a dispute to investigate the case, but they never contacte me to inform that the dispute was no approved. On XX/XX/XXXX I called XXXX XXXX directly and spoke with a representative XXXX, who told me that I do no have any debit with XXXX XXXX or any transaction after XX/XX/year>. She gave me a phone for XXXX Bank and explained that they are now the ones handling the XXXX XXXX card. I called this company, and they told me they could not give me any information at all. I called Capital Management again, and this time they told me that the alleged purchase supposedly tool place in XXXX XXXX but they could not provide information about the amount .and they told me there was nothing that could be done, that I simply had to pay. My question is why, after a year, I only found out this by chance.XXXX XXXX had my contact informationbue never informed me of any problem,
