This account has late payments where I was not responsible for such an eventual outcome that has affected by credit history. I believe that the issue was because the financial institution flawed on the automatic payments, and I was never made aware of it until late payments occurred. I was never given a warning phone call, nor given notice by email or text message, even though such a warning system was already in play. I request a full accounting of the late payment history and if I am 100 % accurate the deletion of the late payment history. PLEASE UPDATE THIS ACCOUNT AND DELETE THE LATE PAYMENTS COMPLETELY!!!
