A merchant quickly voided a transaction after XXXX minutes of the original purchase. I decided to pay cash as they had a discount. They told me it should take no longer than XXXX or XXXX business days on their end. They confirmed with me through documents and emails that the funds are fully released on their end and that they have no hold on my funds. I contacted customer service for cash app ( Block , Inc ). And received almost the same response over and over again. It was unhelpful and they refuse to even try to help for 30 days. I even showed them proof of the merchant having a successful void on my card and that they had no pending transactions against my card. Still no help. I'm not even sure if I talked to a real person at all.
