In XX/XX/year>, TransUnion removed a bankruptcy from my credit report after I disputed it. However, in XX/XX/year>, they illegally reinserted the bankruptcy without notifying me in writing within the XXXX business days as required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA Section 611 ). I have contacted XXXX and third-party public record vendors, and they have confirmed they have no public record on file for me. I also contacted the U.S. Bankruptcy Court directly, and they have confirmed they do not report TransUnion has violated my rights by : Re-inserting inaccurate information that was already deleted Failing to notify me within the required 5-day window Reporting a bankruptcy that does not exist in any public record database This bankruptcy must be permanently deleted immediately. I am requesting this matter be fully investigated and resolved in compliance with federal law. I have attached all documents needed to investigate
