I had wondered why I could never qualify for home purchase from XXXX on. I came to find out recently that Ed Financial still had my unconsolidated loans listed on my credit report. My loans were sent to XXXX around XXXX and consolidated. It shows double on my credit report due to their refusal. I was told that filing bankrupsy would fix this error -- it did not. They really need sued and I should be compensated. It has literally uprooted my life. I sent them certified letter over a month ago. They claim to have recieved it but are pretending as if I did not send all the information and all three copies of my credit reports showing that all three show they are reporting these loan balances that do not exist. Is there anyway to file legally against them? How can I ever get this corrected?
