I asked XXXX XXXX XXXX for investigation into this account and the accuracy of it as to why it's being report onto my credit as I've never signed any contract or have never done business with them. along with contacting XXXX, XXXX, and Equifax several times as to why they are reporting inaccurate information and accounts that are not mine. then I sent a Notice of Intent to File Civil Action Under the FCRA giving them 15 days to removing these accounts and they have not responded or removed the accounts I'm demanding be removed.
