XXXX XXXX pulled my credit. They are not the only ones to pull my credit and get the same credit response that report serious delinquencies. Issue I'm having is, i have no serious delinquencies. For XXXX in a row now, every month i have paid my creditors without fail. I have had three calls in which i asked for a supervisor and three times in a row they have conveniently dropped all my calls son after they look through my account and tell me that I'm right but when it comes to fixing the problem, the hang up on me and don't call me back. I am as cordial as I can be considering the circumstances. This is very frustrating. So the incorrect reports continue to damage my credit worthiness and I'm fed up. They have defamed me as unworthy of credit which is embarrassing as heck when I apply for credit, with more than satisfactory credit ( a few high balances on credit cards which is understandable ) but nothing seriously delinquent. They have not fixed it and I'm at wits end. I'm short of filing a lawsuit. Please help.
