On XX/XX/year>, I sent an email to the Advance.Cash customer support email revoking my ACH authorization. On XX/XX/year>, I received a response from Advance.Cash advising the ACH authorization had been revoked. On XX/XX/year>, XX/XX/year>, XX/XX/year>, XX/XX/year>, XX/XX/year>, and XX/XX/year>, withdrawals continued in the amount of {$270.00} per transaction. On XX/XX/year>, I sent a second email to Advance.Cash, again revoking ACH authorization, and I spoke with at least two different representatives on the phone, who confirmed receipt of the first revocation and receipt of the second revocation. I have not received confirmation of this second attempt to revoke ACH authorization. Also on XX/XX/year>, I notified my banking institution, XXXX, of the unauthorized charges and opened a dispute. I also requested stop payment for any further collection attempts, the next of which is scheduled for XX/XX/year>. XXXX has since credited back 4 of the 6 transactions, as well as numerous overdraft fees incurred due to these unauthorized transactions.
