This CFPB complaint has been filed to request pursuant to FCRA 605B ( 15 USC 1681c-2 ) that you, EQUIFAX credit reporting agency block information appearing on my consumer credit report that is result of identity theft and fraud within XXXX business days of receiving this complaint. This false, inaccurate, and fraudulent information consist of auto loans, personal loans, collections XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX BANKRUPTCY These accounts have resulted in several fraudulent inquiries and accounts on my consumer XXXX report. I've attached a list of the accounts. I do not recognize the aforementioned accounts, collections, and inquiries reported.The aforementioned accounts you have on file on my consumer report was not initiated by me nor opened ; they are a result of identity theft. I have attached my FTC report as a result that the mentioned accounts were opened fraudulently.
