on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX {$140.00} was charged to my account. This was not me buying anything. Ive never been to the store in person. I only go and order off of XXXX. This place is called XXXX XXXX XXXX and is located on XXXX XXXX XXXX. Someone had clearly gotten my card information or skimmed me and bought something with this dollar amount. I asked my bank, which is M & T Bank. And they said that they cant do anything due to the fact that it was a chip to chip transaction. However, the problem with this is that XXXX XXXX XXXX deletes all of their camera footage after a week and doesnt keep any receipt data. I had disputed the charge prior on XX/XX/XXXX and got a new card to make sure that whoever had paid with my old card couldnt pay anymore. my bank took 24 days to respond with a reversal and a claim denial which didnt give me any time together any substantial evidence as to why this was not me. All of the camera footage had been deleted by that point and there was no way for me to get any receipts to the fact that they dont keep rough track of them. Ive been very XXXX because I never have gone to this place in person and apparently its under a different name then its listed on XXXX, which is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( rather than XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX ). All Ive wanted is my money back and my bank continues to deny my claims and there is no evidence for me to support myself and Im not sure what to do other than reach out.
