I am submitting this complaint because multiple credit reporting agencies ( Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax ) are reporting inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, and unverified negative accounts on my credit report. Despite my efforts to dispute these items directly with the credit bureaus, they have continued to report the following derogatory information without providing adequate documentation or conducting proper investigations as required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). Specifically, the reports include : Charge-off accounts that reflect inconsistent payment histories, inflated balances, or prolonged reporting after being closed or disputed. Collection accounts that have not been validated with original signed contracts, payment ledgers, or proof of ownership. Accounts marked as disputed but still listed without any updated investigation results or consumer notice, violating FCRA 1681s-2 ( b ) and FDCPA 807 ( 8 ). Late payment history that exceeds the 24-month limit and is damaging my score without proper validation. I submitted written disputes to all three credit bureaus, clearly identifying the accounts and citing applicable violations of federal law. However, the bureaus either failed to respond with proper documentation or continued reporting the same inaccurate data without correction or removal.
