Complaint Summary : Revvi Card Company has failed to comply with Regulation Z of the Truth in Lending Act regarding fraudulent charges on my credit card account. I submitted a dispute over 60 days ago via postal mail. Revvi has not acknowledged the dispute in writing and has not resolved the issue within the 90-day timeframe as required. Despite the fact that the disputed charges were not authorized by me, and occurred more than XXXX miles away from my residence with no digital wallet or proof of consent, Revvi continues to send collection emails and texts, pressuring me to pay for these fraudulent charges. I have explained multiple times that their investigation is insufficient under Regulation Z, and they continue to ignore the law. What I want : Immediate removal of the fraudulent charges Refund of payments and interest I made toward the disputed charges Written acknowledgment of my dispute Cessation of all collection activity while the account is in dispute Company : Revvi Card ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) One charge of XXXX at XXXX was legitimate, they continue to seek payment after written letter was mailed for insufficient evidence was used to try to extend and insufficient investigation. Paid XXXX XXXX and they continue to ask for payment and said I had to prove that I didnt make the charges.
