My bank account was hacked and transactions were made from XXXX XXXX. Several transactions amounted to {$49.00}, with a total amount of approximately {$2400.00}. I contacted the bank and they said that all we can do is stop the card and send a copy of the mailbox to tell us what happened. We can not get back the money that was lost and we will investigate the matter. Note that I did not share my bank information and did not buy from this card before. I only transferred from this bank account to another account, and I made it a savings account, but the bank leaked my information. I demand the full amount be returned as soon as possible. The bank is responsible.
