Im filing this complaint against Capital One for failure to grant me a credit limit increase or offer better credit products despite my consistent positive payment history, low utilization, and continued account responsibility. I currently have two unsecured credit cards with Capital One in my name the XXXX card ending in XXXX and the Quicksilver card ending in XXXX. Both cards are in good standing, and Ive kept my balances low and paid on time. Additionally, I am listed as an authorized user on two strong tradelines : Capital One ( {$9500.00} limit ) with perfect XXXX year payment history XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX {$29000.00} limit ) with 0 % utilization and no missed payments These tradelines were obtained and maintained legally to strengthen my credit profile and have been reporting consistently. My Capital One XXXX XXXX XXXX also remains active and in good standing with a positive balance and no overdrafts or negative activity for over a year. Despite these responsible actions, Capital One has denied me fair access to credit increases and better financial products without justification. I believe I have been subjected to automated denials, discriminatory practices, or algorithmic bias that fails to account for my legitimate financial activity. I also believe that my hardship status and prior dispute history may have influenced their decision to unfairly suppress my profile. This denial has harmed my ability to refinance, expand my business credit, and take advantage of better financial opportunities despite doing everything right. Ive attached banking screenshots and tradeline evidence supporting my payment history and account health. Despite being a long-time Capital One cardholder since XXXX, with 100 % on-time payment history for over two years, my account has never received a credit limit increase, remained capped at {$500.00} {$650.00}, and was flagged with outdated derogatory history from XXXX. I previously disputed this information due to extenuating circumstances, including medical hardship, yet Capital One repeatedly marked the dispute as resolved by data furnisher without providing evidence or adjusting the record. This unfairly impacts my credit profile. It appears my payment improvement and overall creditworthiness have been ignored or suppressed and it has literally ruined my chances of funding my LLCs because of XXXX based lenders and inaccurate reporting
