To Whom It May Concern : I am responding to a collection notice received from your company. ( please see attached ) I do not recognize this claim. Please provide me with written documentation to validate this purported debt : 1. A copy of the purchase agreement between you and the original creditor who sold the debt to you which proves you are the actual owner of the debt. 2.The assignment contract between you and the original creditor Please note that a list of charges is not validation of a debt This is not my acceptance or agreement of this debt but my notice of cease and desist of all further collection activity and reporting to my credit report until you are able to validate the above-referenced claim with the assignment contract from the original creditor along with the bill of sale which proves you bought the debt from the original creditor and are the rightful owner of the debt. Thank you. I will await your reply
