On XX/XX/year> My chime account was hacked by someone with a chime account of XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX I do not know this person but they were able to transfer all of this money from my account into theirs. I submitted a dispute to chime including the police report I filed for bank fraud and they are still denying the dispute. The person made a total of XXXX transactions totaling {$960.00} from the account before I was able to catch it and stop it. I have spoke to chime 4 times they reopen the dispute saying they will review told me to send police report number and I did and it was denied again. I asked each person what they need and can not get a straight answer out of any of them. Since chines requires users to use their social security numbers to sign up I dont see why they can not get the person who did this.
