I ordered swimsuits from XXXX XXXX XXXX through the XXXX XXXX. I returned the items, but I never received a refund. I contacted the merchant and Affirm, but the merchant blocked me and refused communication. Affirm said the merchant doesnt offer refunds, only exchanges, but when I placed the order there was no clear no refunds policy visible. I provided a return receipt and screenshots, including evidence that the store blocked me. Affirm still closed the dispute in favor of the merchant. I reopened the case, provided more proof, and was still denied. I feel this is unfair and dishonest. I followed all return steps, but both the seller and Affirm ignored my rights and refused to issue a refund. I now have to pay for something I returned and do not have. The total amount was about {$170.00}. The return was made shortly after the order, in accordance with reasonable expectations.
