I filed a dispute on the XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX for unauthorized charges, All together it was 10 transaction added up to XXXX dollars of my XXXX money and they mailed me a paper to fill out but I didn't get the paperwork till the XXXX XXXX XXXX and they said I didn't mailed it bk in time for my dispute to be credited but I didn't mail them the paperwork because I went to the XXXX XXXX and faxed the paperwork on the XXXX and they said they didn't receive the paperwork in the mail till the XXXX but like I said I faxed it, I didn't mail it and I got the paperwork shows when I faxed it to them.
