Dear Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, I am writing to formally follow up regarding the complaint I submitted to the CFPB on more then 30 days ago with referenced under Complaint # XXXX. As of today, it has been over 30 days, and I have not received a satisfactory response or resolution. This delay is in direct violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, specifically 15 U.S. Code 1681i, which requires that a consumer reporting agency must conduct a reasonable reinvestigation of any item disputed by a consumer and provide the results of the investigation within 30 days. As per my original complaint, I am disputing inaccurate and/or unverifiable information being reported in last complain. In accordance with federal law, I am demanding immediate action and a formal resolution to this matter.
