I am filing this complaint against all three major credit bureaus : XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX, for their failure to comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) regarding disputes I submitted about inaccurate and unverified accounts on my credit reports. I submitted formal disputes to all three XXXX regarding specific accounts I believe are inaccurate, unverifiable, and/or fraudulent. More than XXXX days have passed since my disputes were received, and I have not received a proper response, completed reinvestigation, or sufficient verification of the accounts in question. The CRAs failed to remove or block the disputed accounts, despite being unable to verify them with valid documentation. I requested validation and original source documentation as allowed under FCRA 609 ( a ). None of the bureaus provided this. Additionally, the XXXX failed to provide written results of the reinvestigation as required under FCRA 611 ( a ) ( XXXX ) and 611 ( b ). FCRA 611 ( a ) ( XXXX ) ( A ) Failure to investigate disputes within the required XXXX period.
