Transworld systems initiated charging me for additional service fees for debts already settled in XXXX of XXXX. I was charged additional fees after satisfying all debt with them by them debiting my tax return. I have not used the account for any purchases. I called to ask what the additional fees were for and the service rep stated that there were fees that had not been calculated at the time of debiting my tax return. That is not my problem and since this is a government account I can not close it. So Transworld systems on behalf of the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX took advantage of this and decided to tag on charges after satisfying the debt. This is unfair credit and lending practice and I am disputing it the amount owed as of XX/XX/XXXX is XXXX.
