I am disputing inaccurate late payment information that is being reported by the credit bureaus. The following accounts are reporting 30-day delinquencies which I believe to be incorrect or unverifiable : 1. XXXX Reported late by Experian 2 . XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Reported late by Experian and TransUnion XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX Reported late by Experian and XXXX I requested verification and supporting documentation for these derogatory marks, including payment histories, due dates, and any communication sent notifying me of delinquencies. I have not received sufficient evidence to support the continued reporting of these late payments. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), if a credit bureau or data furnisher can not verify an accounts accuracy, they are required to remove it. I am requesting the CFPB investigate these matters and have the negative entries removed if they can not be fully validated. These inaccuracies are negatively impacting my creditworthiness and were not resolved through direct contact with the reporting agencies.
