To Whom It May Concern, I am submitting this formal complaint regarding repeated and unresolved violations by one or more consumer credit reporting agencies ( XXXX, Experian, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX ) under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), and the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act ( FACTA ). On [ Insert Original Dispute Letter Date ], I submitted a comprehensive dispute to all major credit bureaus regarding numerous inaccurate, unverifiable, and outdated items appearing on my credit report. These included : Improper reporting of a XXXX XXXX bankruptcy without court-verified sourcing Over 34 unauthorized and unverifiable hard inquiries Accounts discharged in bankruptcy that are still listed as charge-offs Inaccurate late payment history and unverifiable derogatory data To date, I have received little or no response and no documented method of verification, as required by FCRA 1681i ( a ) ( 6 ). The credit reporting agencies have either failed to investigate or continue to report inaccurate information in violation of federal law.
