Debt collection agency reported 2 medical accounts as delinquent with amount about XXXX dollars. I disputed with credit bureau and in the meantime debt collection agency sent me proof of debt. This proof of debt did not include XXXX dollars that I had paid to original creditor. I contacted debt collection agency about this and also indicated that the difference between what they had reported and what I had paid was probably original creditor trying to collect code XXXX which is what they are obligated to accept as payment and not to bill insured for the difference. Collection agency said they would contact original creditor about this and get back to me, this was on XX/XX/year>2025. I have not heard from them and today debt was again reported on XXXX. I have proof of payments to original creditor.
