I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX on XX/XX/year>, regarding the escrow payment due to me. They stated it was mailed and to wait XXXX days. I question waiting the 30 days because I received the release of the XXXX signed on XX/XX/XXXX in the mail by XX/XX/year>. According to the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, 1024.17 ( k ), a servicer shall return to the borrower any amounts remaining in an escrow account with 20 days.
