I received a call on XX/XX/year> from XXXX and XXXX. The man on the phone was very rude to begin with and said that I would need to pay over the phone. I said I was not comfortable doing that and he sounded even more irritated with that. He then asked for a relatives number to share this information with ( which Im pretty sure they can not do legally ). He tried to get me to pay over the phone again but I told him I would not and he said if he didnt receive the payment by the time I got off work he would be calling again later that day. He did not provide me with any information on how to use the online portal to pay. He was not friendly at all. Ive emailed both the companies email from the website and the email sent to me over text for my representative and I have received no information back.
