I requested full validation under FCRA 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) and FDCPA 1692g, including documentation from the original creditor. To date, no such validation has been provided. Additionally, I did not receive a proper validation notice within five days of initial contact, as required by law. Despite this, the company continues to report this alleged debt. Without verification, continued collection or reporting violates my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. I request immediate removal of this unverified account from all consumer reporting agencies.
