I demand their immediate removal and that all related collection activity cease, pursuant to my rights under the FCRA and FDCPA. It is the credit bureaus legal obligation under the FCRA to review and block fraudulent, inaccurate, or incomplete information from a consumers file within four ( 4 ) business days of receiving proper documentation. I am demanding the immediate removal of all fraudulent items, a stop to all related collection activity, and confirmation that this dispute has been escalated for manual investigation, not automated processing. Failure to act in accordance with federal law may result in further legal action to protect my consumer rights.
