In XX/XX/XXXX, I.C. Systems illegally and inaccurately reported XXXX new collection accounts to my XXXX credit report. Both were listed as accounts opened with my former electric provider XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX ) in XX/XX/XXXX and marked as currently XXXX XXXX late, which is impossible and entirely false. I have not had an account with XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX since early XXXX. On a recorded call with them on XX/XX/XXXX, a representative confirmed the prior account was closed, no account was opened in my name in XX/XX/XXXX or since the prior one was closed in early XXXX, and even recommended I dispute it. The representative also confirmed that there was no way I would have been able to receive any written communication from XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX as they did not have a current address for me. I never received any communication from I.C. Systems about this alleged debt. There was no notice of collection, no right-to-dispute letter, and no advance warning before the item was placed on my credit report- which violates the FDCPAs notice requirements. Even worse, I.C. Systems reported the debt as opened on XX/XX/XXXX, when no such account was opened.
