I am submitting this complaint under FCRA 605B ( 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 ) because my personal information was compromised in the XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. As a result, fraudulent accounts and hard inquiries are now appearing on my credit report. These include, but are not limited to : Personal credit card ( XXXX ) auto loan ( XXXX ) Personal loan account ( s ) One or more collection accounts and multiple hard inquiries I did not authorize I did not open or authorize any of these accounts or inquiries. I have attached my FTC Identity Theft Report as proof. I am requesting that all fraudulent accounts, collections, and inquiries related to the XXXX XXXX XXXX be permanently removed from my credit file within XXXX business days in accordance with FCRA 605B
