My Student loans where recently transferred from XXXX to a different lender called CENTRAL RESEARCH INC/D based out of Arkansas it says. I was never properly notified of the switch and they had incorrect information. I found out a payment was needed to be paid by a drop in my credit score. I have never had a late payment. They failed to notify me of the transfer from XXXX to their service for loan repayment and they purposely charged heavy interest and made incorrect statements to my credit score my last payment was in XXXX and they are telling me I am over due by 90 days that is impossible as the last payment was due XX/XX/XXXX it is now XX/XX/XXXX. If you go to XXXX reviews and look online doing research you can clearly see that many people are experiencing the same issue. This company is artificially damaging people credit score and lying about debt sue dates and not correctly notifying barrows in a timely correct manner. CENTRAL RESEARCH INC must be investigated by the XXXX FTC and Debt consumer protection team as they are using harmful and questionable debt collector tactics that are aggressive and do not follow due notice and only shows ill intent to maximize profits at the expense of the lender.
