I am filing this complaint against Experian for reporting a delinquent account from the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) with an {$18000.00} balance, marked closed and in collections. While this account was reported by the XXXX, the information Experian is showing is grossly inaccurate. It falsely displays {$0.00} payments for every month, even though Ive paid over {$30000.00} directly through payroll deductions documentation provided. Even more concerning, I had no idea this was even showing on my credit report. Ive been paying for years, never missed a payment, and was never notified or alerted that this {$18000.00} tradeline was sitting there, marked as unpaid and in collections. It wasnt until I started actively building credit in 2025 that I discovered this reporting.
