Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), specifically 15 U.S.C. Section 623, I am asserting my right to dispute any inaccurate or unverifiable information being reported. This debt should have never been sent to collections. I went to court on this matter, and there has been misinformation shared and posted without full investigation or legal merit.
