On XX/XX/year>, two incorrect XXXX XXXX XXXX Fill transactions appeared in my Coinbase account : XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. I did not authorize or initiate these trades. They are now included in my transaction history and tax report, creating an inaccurate record of my activity that affects my tax reporting. I contacted Coinbase support and received response ticket # XXXX. Later, I received a message from Coinbase via CFPB acknowledging the issue and offering {$50.00} as compensation. However, the underlying issue was not resolvedthe transactions remain in my history and tax report. I emailed Coinbases regulatory response team directly ( at the address that responded via CFPB ), clearly stating that I do not accept the {$50.00} credit and that I am requesting the inaccurate transactions be investigated and corrected. As of today, I have not received any response to that email, and the issue remains unresolved. I am not asking for compensation. I am requesting Coinbase correct my transaction history and tax report.
