I noticed that my connected XXXX account wasn't updating my Coinbase balance. I attempted to login to Coinbase, and was stuck in a login loop. I'd enter my username, password, and simply be returned to the main login screen over and over. After attempting to recover my password, thinking I'd forgotten it, and attempting to login from multiple devices and their app with the same result, I attempted to file a support ticket. The vast majority of their support options are hidden behind a login, which I could not do. I eventually found a way to submit a ticket without being logged in, and no one responded for at least a day or XXXX, all the while I have lost access to my money. When they responded, they asked me to login to perform some tasks, completely ignoring the fact that I had contacted them because I could not login. Finally, I called them. After XXXX hours on the phone with technical support, they indicated they needed to fix something ( would not tell me what it was ) and refused to give me an XXXX for restoration of my money. I also experienced some scary emails indicating that my Coinbase wallet had been deauthorized in my country of residence. I have never moved. They have had theft issues. I'm concerned that my money is stolen, and they have not been honest with me. It has now been 7 days, I still have no answers, nor access to my account. When they do bother to respond, they tell me to login and do things, completely ignoring the fact that I can not do so.
