XXXX continually hunted me to pay a loan I never took out. I did sign as manger only for the XXXX. They know that I contacted them sveral times to no avail. I had to contact the closig attorney and he confirmed that I am no where on the loan and even sent me everything and my personal name does not appear anywhere except signature XXXX for the XXXX. I finally got the XXXX Department at XXXX and they generated only letter and email. I have never taken the loan and the other XXXX bureaus took it off and my score shot up except for XXXX total disaster and charged my cc for something i never asked for and did not send me my credit report like the other XXXX bureaus. Still nothing except having to hold forever and extremely disrespectful.
