This account has been reported with inconsistent and inaccurate dates across the credit bureaus : - It initially showed a delinquency in XX/XX/year>, - Then was updated to XX/XX/year> after a dispute, - Yet no consistent or verifiable timeline has been confirmed. This inconsistency violates FCRA 607 ( b ), which requires all data furnished to the credit bureaus to be both accurate and complete. Additionally, per FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), I am exercising my right to request a reinvestigation of this item. I requested that the credit bureaus that : XXXX.
