Company : XXXX ( a PayPal service ) I have been locked out of my XXXX account since XX/XX/XXXX. Each time I try to log in with either my PayPal credentials or my XXXX login, Im redirected back to the login page in an endless loop. Ive contacted XXXX and PayPal multiple times by phone and email ( including XXXX ), but I have received no resolution. I urgently need access to my account to retrieve utility bill payment records from XX/XX/XXXXXXXX through XX/XX/XXXX. These transactions are required as proof in a legal dispute, and some of the utilities are still in my spouses name. I can no longer access emailed receipts either, because my email storage was cleared months ago. XXXX and PayPal have been unresponsive and keep pointing fingers at each other. This has gone on for 3+ months with no action. I request full access to my transaction records or a statement confirming my payment history during the above timeframe.
